The system.
An anterior ankle fusion set comprising a six-hole plate anatomically contoured to the tibiotalar surface, supplied with 63 screw options — one of each of three diameters across 21 lengths. Six portals with rounded edges allow angular variation in screw orientation, and configuration can be changed intra-operatively.
